The Yoga Studio is unique in that it offers a full spectrum of yoga styles—from vinyasa and hatha to yin and restorative—plus aerial yoga, an uplifting experience that allows you to explore your practice from an entirely new perspective. Supported by silk hammocks, aerial yoga improves strength, flexibility, and alignment while offering the joy and freedom of flight.
